As part of his MA in Community and Youth Work, Peter Stanton is conducting research into the effects of a course at Castlerigg Manor.
He would like the young people in your group to help him with his research by answering a questionnaire at the end of the course. (It will take about 10 minutes to complete.)
Names of participants will not be recorded on the questionnaires, but the date will be recorded so that they are identifiable to your group.
Individuals will be asked at the beginning of the questionnaire to indicate that they are willing to take part.
The answers given will contribute to a report that will help Peter get his MA. They will be used to help improve the courses Castlerigg Manor provides and may be published (without the date identification) on the Castlerigg Manor website.
I am willing for the young people on this course to take part in the research proposed.
