1. The assurances already given to staff
2. The refurbishment of Castlerigg Manor as our Diocesan centre for youth ministry
3. The establishment of a unified Youth Service for the Diocese

Castlerigg Manor is a ‘treasure’ of our Diocese, shared generously with other dioceses over the past 40 years. Its reputation and achievements have been built upon by the dedication and hard work of its staff and the response of the young people it served. For this tradition to continue and grow under the new Director of the unified Youth Service, I rely upon the good will, support and prayers of you all.
