Just a bief note to let you and your staff know that the Bishops and Interview Panel (including members of the Youth Service Management Group) yesterday appointed Ms Ruth Corless (of North Shields) to the new post of Director of Catholic Youth Services. Ruth has now accepted and will commence her duties on 1 September 2009. Meantime she will need to brief herself fully with regards to certain aspects of the Youth Service and we ask for your full and generous cooperation in this area.
